Protein Mango Smoothie

Ingredients -

  • Soaked Chia Seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 90 mL
  • Chopped Mango - 250 g
  • Yogurt - 280 g
  • Soaked Almond - 2 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder - 20 g

Easy steps -

  • Blend the mango, yogurt and almond together.
  • Transfer half of the prepared mango smoothie to a clean bowl.
  • Blend the soaked chia seeds and cocoa powder to the remaining half of the smoothie.
  • Layer your glass with chocolate smoothie and then a top layer of mango smoothie.
  • Serve it chilled!
