Cupcake Rakhi

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted chocolate
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 & 1/2 cup refined flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Mix together the sugar and butter. Add in the condensed milk, chocolate & vanilla essence. Mix together. Add in the flour with baking powder & soda. Fold mix and bake for 20-25 min at 180degrees
Add in 2-3 tablespoon of ganache in a liner with sprinkles for decoration. Freeze for 10-15 mins
