INGREDIENTS
130gms Hazelnut powder
65gms Maida
10gms Cocoa powder by @jindalcocoa
70gms Castor sugar
75g Butter
50gms Hazelnut Almond chocolate spread by @cocoburst.in

METHOD
1. In a bowl combine the hazelnut powder, maida, castor sugar and coco powder from 
2. Cut butter into cubes and add it to the dry ingredients chilled.
3. Mix until just combined and barely coming together, making sure not to over mix.
4. Now from 2tsp size balls with a flat base and chill the dough balls for 30 mins.
5. Bake at 160*c for 15-18 mins and allow the cookies to completely cool down.
6. Sandwich the cookies with the luscious hazelnut almond chocolate spread by and chill for another 30 mins.
7. Enjoy with a cup of coffee!
