Cancellation, Return & Refund
Jindal Cocoa is committed to providing high satisfaction to our customers both in service and quality of products. Given that we work with external partners in logistics and operate in a category which has a specific shelf life, we request our customer to abide by the following terms:
- Orders cannot be canceled after it's dispatched from our location.
- As it is a food product, there is no policy for accepting returns and refunds after the order has been dispatched from our location.
- For missing products, incorrect products, damaged products, incorrect quantity, or issues with the quality of the product you can reach out to us via email - at promotions@jindalcocoa.com or on WhatsApp - +91 8999681721, by providing us images or videos of all sides of the box and the product within 24 hours from delivery of the order.
- The customer will be bound by the Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy and shall not be held by Jindal Cocoa liable for any loss that he/she may incur due to cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacement of the orders
