Choco Bliss


2 tbs chocolate ganache @jindalcocoa

2 tbs milk powder
2 tbs dry fruits (dry coconut + almond +cashew Finely chopped)

200gm semi sweet chocolate @jindalcocoa

Easy steps- 

In a bowl take chocolate ganache add milk powder and dry fruits, mix all together and keep aside.

In another bowl add chocolate and melt on double boiler.
Fill melted chocolate in cone.

Take silicon mould fill it with chocolate completely, leave it at room temperature for 10 mint. After 10 min empty the silicone mould.
Make small balls of ganache mixture that we made earlier place it in between of mould and cover it with left over melted chocolate.

Clean the edges and keep in the fridge overnight for set.

After setting property decorated as per your creativity.
